Wrong pricing

I was buying Douwe Egberts coffee and the price I saw on the shelf was R159 and the manager said he can't give it to me at that price I should pay R179 and I felt that its wrong and he said I can lay a complaint if I like, so this is what I'm doing, because I feel that the customer should pay the price that's on the shelf. Its the spar at silver place in Pretoria Silverton, his name is Azeez Dlaleke and he took us outside to show us where we should complain on the notice board outside there was a number ***.Not only that majority of the items in the store weren't priced properly the Rama also had the wrong price. Instead of speaking to us nicely he was rude. He didn't even know that the price's have been changed he had to go check I mean really.
