Wrong prices

My dad and I went to Super Spar in Robertson this weekend. We were camping in the area and needed some supplies. We decided to buy some ice-cream. On the fridge it said Assorted Nestle king cone R13 (it was a special) I picked a Bar-one ice cream and my dad had another, when we came to the till mine was R13 and my dads R21. My dad enquired about is and the supervisor brought a pamphlet that had a picture of the bar one ice-cream next to the special price. She said that the picture shows bar one so that is the only one on special. The till girl then pointed out that the ad says assorted but the supervisor said no and left after not hearing what we had to say. We also tried to buy AAA batteries. The till scanned it as AA and it was more expensive. I told the lady its AAA not AA. She called the supervisor who tried to find the correct price ( but she didnt). She came back and asked if we are willing to pay for the batteries, I said that I will pay the AAA price as shown on the shelve. The supervisor rolled her eyes. We asked for a manager and was told there were none, we asked for an owner and was told that he is not there. No apology. Rude staff. Price was not changed. Dishonest!
