Wrong Information - Cake Order

I called the Bakery Department to order a Birthday cake and was told that the order can not be placed over the phone, so i mentioned to Musa that i need the cake for Friday and he said not a problem \you can come in and place the order latest by Thursday\". I sent my friend to go place the order on Thursday morning who was told that the order had to be placed 3 days in advance, so I called the store again and spoke to Shalen who said \"ask your friend to come speak to me\" after all the hassle nothing was done which has now put me in a situation cause I have no cake for the Birthday Party. This is unacceptable!!<br> To top it all i called to speak to the manager twice and the call gets cut off as soon as i asked to speak to the manager, damn frustrating "
