Wrong advert

I am so angry because I am a loyal customer at spar they advertised for black friday that we will recieve 2999 voucher and they have people who claim they had received those vouchers but I should have looked at all those whosay they received they are all whites why is spar advertising things that are not real. Me and spar are done
