Would not return goods with a Spar receipt

I was in Umkomaas visiting relatives and purchased the incorrect teabags from the Umkomaas Spar.<br> On return home, I tried to exchange them, with proof of purchase from Umkomaas Spar at the Winkelspruit Superspar and was told by the manageress that they could not exchange the product as it was purchased at another Spar. On further questioning, she relayed that although they are a Spar, they are independently owned and don't really operate the same was as other Spars and I would have to go back to Umkomaas. A few of the reasons that I purchase from your stores is reliability, consistency and a high level of service expected. None of which were received in this regard. I would like some clarification on this matter and should the above be accurate, then I will rethink my loyalty to your brands if I am purchasing from any random store with the Spar logo.
