Worst shopping experience

I had such a horrible shopping experience at spar umlazi mega city on the 25/07/2023.the cashier and packer don't greet,had no name tags,instead of scanning my products,they had a conversation for 20 min to themselves, didn't offer me a packet,then started making fun of me.i had to pack my own groceries.i reported the matter to the supervisor but nothing was done.i Wil never shop at that supermarket again.
