Worst Servive at Cake Department

Worst service you can ever receive. Do not order a cake here. There is a lady called Priscilla the worst service you can get at Spar. If anything Spar can do without her. Her customer service is the worst. I ordered a personalised cake a week before, collected the cake with no hustle. Same day I ordered another cake, to my surprise they didn’t do a theme cake on this specific one.. when I asked I was told to top up as I’m supposed to have paid more. Of course something they didn’t communicate with me before. When I refused to pay she shouted at me, telling me I should have provided more info, when her floor manager intervened she also shouted at her, when store manager intervened she was refusing to listen to him as well. I don’t know how they have kept her working for them for so long. To think I had given them the best reviews and refferals to my friends.
