WORST SERVICE FROM SPAR DELY ROAD

I received the worst service from a Spar Dely Road cashier by the name of RHODA. The cashier blatantly said to my face "We don't want to work" then asked me how many items do I have. I have been shopping there for the past 10 years. I know the 10 items or less policy at the cigarette counter. I had in my basket 9 items. So I did not respond to her disrespectful utterances. After putting all the groceries on the counter to pay, she then decided to move me to another till. When I asked her why would she let me take out the groceries on that til when she knew it was not her till, she then started shouting and telling me it's not her business that I chose to put my groceries there. You must know that we don't go to these groceries stores to cause a scene but to make our purchases in peace. There's a saying that "People buy from people NOT businesses". That behave could cause the business to lose revenue if not dealt with. We also have the power to influence shoppers who go to your business. There are too many platforms that allow us to speak negatively about your business. I might not be the first customer she has disrespected like that and maybe not the last. If not dealt with early, might cause you to lose revenue.
