WORST SERVICE FROM SPAR!!!!!

Worst experience received from spar in Spruitview (Mathambo Spar) shopping complex. I did a cash back yesterday from one of their tellers (Motlatsi) and one of the notes he gave me was of poor quality. I returned this morning to have the note exchanged and im now being told by the supervisor ( Sophi) that i will have to return when the teller is on shift. Now i have to go up and down wasting petrol, just because they are not compitent enough to resolve the issue immediately. I even have my copy of the slip as proof of the transaction. This has to be the worst service i have ever received from spar. i need this resolved ASAP.
