Worst service from Fredrick(Manager)

I had the worst customer service in my life, The manager Fredrick, He is so *********** and treats customers like they are stupid and they do know what they talking about, he even has the guts to hide his name tag and refuse to give his identity, and he claims to own the shop and refused to advise who he reports to, The stuff are so friendly and helpful but I don't understand how they manage to stay awesome with a leader that is the opposite, Their prices on the shelves are always different when you get to the tills and no one seems to care especially Fredrick (manager)telling me I should be checking the bar codes which I feel is not my responsibility as a customer what I see is what I get, , I am extremely disappoint and I will never shop there ever again.
