Worst service ever

On Sunday the 19/11/2023 i went onto the SPAR2U app to purchase the early Black Friday deals for Omo Auto and longlife milk . On Monday the 20/11/2023 i received a call from a lady who advised that she is calling from Spar and said that she has to cancel my order as the specials i bought are out if stock. She advised me that we will get our funds reversed back to us in 24-48 hours. Today is the fourth day and still no refunds and when i called the call centre 3 times i was told that i will be contacted back and no one ever called me back. Last call i made now i spoke to Glenda who is now saying that i will only get my refund in 7- 14 days which is absolutely unacceptable as i need these funds to go and try out other black Friday day deals.
