WORST SERVICE EVER!

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">Worst service I received in my own home town. I go to the Bopedi Spar in Apel Limpopo. They priced the 1kg mixed veggies R21.99, to my surprise when I get to the till, it tills R29.99. So I tell the lady at the kiosk till (without a name tag) that the price is different. She has no interest in what I'm saying, makes me stand there for 5 minutes counting coins then asks me, "Are you taking this back or what? ". I ask her how when I came here to buy just this? She then calls this lady "Maggy" who appears at a leisurely pace and tells me we can't help you because "admin" is closed. So at this point, I'm confused because the store closes at 7 and if she's the manager, why can't she credit this item and I pay the price on display. She continues to say she can't do anything, I either take it for that price or leave it. She walks off then comes back after I paid to act like she's asking someone to go check the price. I ask her how this is going to help me? I ask for the till lady and the "manager's" names and they give me **** names. So I'm failing to understand how Spar can keep such people who give such a horrible service in their establishment. How can the standard drop so dismally from all the Spars I've been to in Pretoria East? This is horrible. </span></p>
