Worst service continuously.....

I'm really disappointed...firstly I like to thank Spar Starwood for all they good customer experience however, the butcher staff has no customer experience.

This is not the first time I experience this with the butcher side. The one time I waited over 45 minutes like a headless chicken walking up and down the butcher section to get some assistance and no one asked me if I needed help. Last night, 4th October 2023, I want to go buy bulk meat and it was way before closing time. The lady that cut the meat only saw to the one person while we waited in the queue. She was cleaning the machine and she didn't telling us she closed. We had to ask her over 5 times and all she said she is cleaning the machine but another customer comes and she tells then they are closed from the bulk meat.

Now tell me what kind of service is this that every time I come to Spar I must experience bad service like this at the butcher section. I'm really disappointed and annoyed with the service. Whenever I tell them how they behave they just turn they head and carry on like nothing is wrong.....the staff at the butcher section are useless....Spar Starwood.....
