Worst service

Ordered from Spar in Menlo Park. One of the items ordered was Diced Butternut. Received a call that they are out of the product that i ordered. I had to ask 4 times what the lady was saying as the person on the other side of the line spoke so unclear that i could not understand what she was saying. After confirming what i heard from the conversation we discussed that they are out of the diced butternut and the alternative was diced pumpkin. Al well with me. What i received was 6 whole butternuts. I drove to the shop and what did i find on the shelf 10 minutes after my delivery, diced butternut. They told me that it was only place on the shelf after my order. Funny, order placed at 10:13 and at 11:15 when i went to the store i bought the last 2 packets on the shelf.
