WORST SERVICE AT SPAR ROSEBANK

spar in rosebank is the worst ever when It comes to cash back service. their cashiers are always claiming not to have enough cash on tills. they are acting like we borrowing this money or soemthing. I think they should rather cancel this service with banks because its not working for us as banks clients. i am so upset.
