Worst service and not accommodating to customers at all. Truly pathetic. Wish I could give a negative rating

Well isn't this just the worst customer service. I support you by purchasing the glasses (8 of each) from you and you refuse to admit that one single glass might have slipped your pathetic checking process. (Checking process is ope ing a box and closing it in a manner of 5 seconds) You refuse to exchange the single chipped glass for me even thiugh I have proof of payment and you have a copy of the slip as well (that is how all businesses work - you need to keep a copy of the sale slip for your own reference) maybe that is just not how you do business. It is quite pathetic management anyway. I hope Checkers takes all of your clientele. I will make sure that everyone I know stops supporting you. I will never support your branch or any other Spar branch ever again. Your shelves are still stocked with glassware which is a clear indication of how little people supported your branch with it. But the few that does and my big contribution is worthless to you anyway. So why do you still bother trying to run a business. I asked you to exchange a single glass. That is it. You are going to wish you did exchange a single glass for me. Because this is not going to end well for you.
