Worst service

Worst store and services ever!! I bought nappies online but 10 min later they phone me to tell me there is no stock. It shows stock online!!! They manager tells me they will refund me but it will take 2 weeks. I have a child which needs nappies. I do not have money to buy other as SPAR is taking 2 weeks to pay back my money!! This is pathetic!! The Manager of the store is with no help and is rude and have no respect. I asked what other nappies they can give me in return but no response. They just cancelled my order with no help at all. PATHETIC AND WORST SERVICE!!
