Worst experience

The worst experience ever because I forgot to pay for a petroleum jelly they made me pay for it 5 times and still refused to give it to me.Spar Mams mall is the worst I was humiliated and still made to pay for something 5 times which was still not given to me called them and laid and complaint on Wednesday 15/11/2023 even today my complaint has not been attended to
