Worst experience ever Gelvandale Superspar Superspar

Went there on Wednesday to get a few things... found worms on cake flour bags... I requested to see the manager but they called Eustace Wabanie... (floor manager). Waited for quite a while for him... so when he finally approached me I said to him "meneer ons wag lank vir jou" he then said "excuse me" then I repeated myself which turned to an altercation where he raised his voice and disrespected me infront of staff and customers... I reported it to a superior as the store manager was not in. Gary (store manager) was supposed to revert back to me in Friday but did not bother.

I had to phone the store twice, Saturday morning (today) to find out what is happening. Gary finally phoned back to return my call. He apologized and came with excuses as to why he didn't phone me etc. He then asked me to come around by the store. I rocked up there, he apologized again and gave me a cake...

Got home and cut the cake after we had lunch just to find out that the cake is dry & the slices we cut was literally crumbling and falling apart. I phoned Gary again and he explained that they don't bake the sponge cake... they buy frozen sponge cake from the supplier, defrost it and decorate it with frosting etc which means it's not fresh cakes.
