Worst experience ever

It’s concerning that everytime i go to have breakfast at this Spar Flanders Cornubia, there is one lady that never smiles and she looks irritated when you’re talking to her. But i have to mention that at African people she doesn’t smile and at other races she smiles to the last tooth she can show. I’ve been observing this for a while and wanted to lay this complaint but I thought let me give her a chance. I went again this morning, yes she was still busy with the other customer and i said let me give her the benefit of a doubt, her colleague a guy who was assisting on the other side of the take aways kept telling her to attend to me she said yes she will, so i stood there waiting and the guy told her again to attend to me and she looked at me with disgust not even a smile as she asked me how she could help me, so i told her what i wanted and went to sit down. As I’m typing this now I’m observing how she is assisting other customers and you should what a difference she has in her attitude. I come from a customer service background and this standard she has is a no for any company you can think off. I drag my feet when i go there and it’s her week to work because the other guy and the other lady Nelly they’re friendly and Nelly smiles at each and every customer, one time i even asked her if they work shifts because I feel like it’s better to go there when she is there or the other guy is there for sitting down. If she is overwhelmed why can’t she tell management to have more staff for the busy period so she can feel better. Customer service is vital for each and every company hence customers bring business and hence you get salaries. As a customer I shouldn’t be worried as to who is going to serve me when i get there because she would be irritated as if I’m bothering her, and other staff are so friendly her name is Julliet
