Worst customer service ever

Good evening

The service I've received from Spar Berea Johannesburg, was the worst ever.. I've send my niece to go and buy wors at Spar and she did buy it when she got home I opened the the wors and it was smell it was rotten. I went back to the store I found this 2 securities(a lady and guy) where they gave me attitude like I've stole something hence I didn't.. I went to supervisor told her that I've lost my slip but check my bank massage after purchase.. She still give me an attitude, I went to the manager hence he keeps on justifying the fact that the meat is rotten and it was bought with 10 minutes...

I want to be called by the Regional manager or General manager.. Otherwise I will escalate this further.
