Worst customer service

A worst and disrespectful encounter of my entire customer life. I went to randfontein mainreef spar to withdraw R200 from their tills and I was told I need to buy something before I can make a withdrawal, fine I went and got a bar one chocolate, to my surprise I was still denied to get money from till they told me that I must atleast buy something for R30, I asked them to show me their policy where it state that I need to spend R30 for me to make a withdrawal from them. A SECURITY guard was call to take me out of the store like I'm a ********. I have a video of the encounter if spar needs proof of that.
