Worst Customer experience I've ever dealt with.!!!

My friends and I have had the worst experience with Spar Cape station. We ordered on their app on the 25 of April and till date we haven't received any refund. They did not have the items advertised and cancelled our order. With no update on what should we do or perhaps give alternatives just cancelled the order. We called multiple times that day and every day since enquiring about our refund but we keep getting the same "oh it takes so many days" of which those days have came and gone. It's now the 18th of May and the recent response we've gotten is Spar tops did not do the follow up and the payment might be processed this week. I'm Soo annoyed and what a horrible customer service they have.
