Worst behaviour ever

Today I visited Douglas in the Northern Cape. I came accross a very rude staff member (Vinolia) who told me I cannot go in with an ice cream I bought in another store. That was not the problem. The problem was her rudeness and the fact that she continued addressing me in Afrikaans, after I continuously told her I don't understand Afrikaans and refused. Instead, she just shouted at me. The worst retail experience of my life. Wow! ****** on 100%
