Witnessed how poorly staff treated an old lady.

At 15:00 on Tuesday 10 September, my mom, a 65 year-old pensioner was not greeted or helped due to a minute-long conversation amongst 4 cashiers. My mom greeted the cashier again, and again was ignored. I attempted to speak to the manager, a blonde lady with a ponytail, who also ignored me and kept chatting to a man at the kiosk.

I am deeply offended and my heart is broken for my mum. Is this how Spar treats the elderly? Shame on you!
