WITFIELD SUPERSPAR THE WORST EVER!!!

Absolute terrible service received today at around 16H25 at TILL 7 at WITFIELD SUPERSPAR Germiston. My Mom is 60 years of age and has never been treated so badly by anyone in her life. She was standing in a long queue,where we got called to TILL 7, i packed out all her shopping for her,while she was standing with her bank card in her hand,after the cashier scanned all items, the cashier suddenly said that the "Nedbank system" is offline ,and went on about how can my Mom not have money on her card. Clearly this cashier doesn't know what "system offline" means. All the people in the queue looking at my Mom like she is some poor lady who tried to get shopping for free or is some poor woman. My Mom was in tears. This type of customer service is totally unacceptable!!! I honestly hope you guys sort this out,we talked to what we think is the manager,but he was just SITTING there like he doesn't care. Now i will take this to all social media platforms if this doesn't get sorted out.
