Why is this a Superspar

The Elarduspark Superspar is a detriment to the Superspar brand. <br> <br> The store has none of the qualities you expect to find in a Superspar. The merchandising is appalling, it looks like they are storing the stock on the floor, where the ques need to be. The ques are long, because there are no bag packers, the trolley barely fits between the shelfs at the till points and there is no space for empty baskets at the till points. The cooked food is not close to the standard you see at other Superspars. There is also hardly any fruit to choose from. <br> <br> There is thus no one thing that is a problem, but rather the that what is promised by the brand is not provided.
