Why are so feel tills open?

Out of the 14 tills at the new Spar in Wynberg, Main Road, Cape Town, why were only 2 open this morning?, I asked to see the "manager", some character, eventually arrived, & after telling him the problem, his reply to me was, " it's a public holiday & it's lunch time", how pathetic, it's not my problem, sort it out asap, you are a new store, this definitely doesn't look good for your future...
