What happened to the witfield TOPS SPAR BOTTLE STORE??????????

<p>So apparently it's ok to drink and urinate in public at the local witfield spar bottle store TOPS . I choose to use spar when I moved to witfield a few years ago cos I have always used spar as my choice of shopping center when it come to all my food and drink needs and I have never had a problem until I moved there . Everyday I walk to spar as it is around the corner from my house I pop in to get smokes or some fresh meat or veg for dinner sometimes I use the bottle store but I hate using the witfield TOPS bottle store as there is always a whole bunch of people drinking outside the store till its closing time and then they buy more and leave for home or go to spar drunk and bother people cos let's face it a drunk will always bother other people. They drink for hours outside the store and then they urinate against the wall outside the parking lot and return to the front of the shop to drink more In front of the store. Fridays they start drinking early and it's so much more of a party on pay days. Please could someone do something about this as I have spoken to management and they do nothing about it cos if they chase the people away they loose money so they allow people to drink outside till closing time </p> <p> </p> <p>what happened to respect for the public and the law !!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
