What a bad service from Mbali SPAR 10 477 Smith Street

Good afternoon

Sunday after church I went to SPAR in ST Georges Spar Shop 10 477 Smith Street Durban as I normal do on Sundays or when I am around. It was hot and the shop was busy but not extremely busy as they normally busy on the Sunday. I choose this shop as they always provide good service and the tellers are fast and friendly. The past Sunday I was shocked with the service I received from Mbali. So rude and detecting. Unfriendly , rude, pushy , fighter and have no language. I was accompanied by my church mate who works as chef in Ships who travel countries only come back to South Africa once a year. He was very shocked on what SA had turned to in customer service. I am shocked and surprised that in this straining economic times the are companies who still keep people who gives such a bad service. I shop in this store even for church needs I use this shop and I cant stand keep quite with such rude people who trying to destroy the store reputation. Mbali doesn't have language for customers at all. Never been so disrespected like that in my entire life by a cashier.

Here what happened. I bought a small grocery for R102.80. after standing in the Queee for some time. It happened someone called me and I tried to cancel the call when I get to the till. Mbali could here that I was concluding with a person over the phone. She couldn't wait for me to drop the call. Rudely said "Can you offload your basket and stop wasting my time." I politely said to her my apology I was just ending the call but I don't have much iterms you should have offloaded and started by ringing the item if you were such in a rush. She clicked her tongue saying NX not my job to do that. My church mate intervened by saying "Im sure the is a better way my sister you should have said that'. Again she said "Can you shut up Im not talking to you." As we were both coming from church we didn't make a big thing but a friendly supervisor that was working that shift was notified of this post being posted. I know that shop normal deals with students but we not all students. I believe student or not when we get to shop we all classified as consumers and our rights are equal.
