Whaaaaaat?! Amazing service!

Excellent service from SPAR call centre and On the Dot who distributes their pamphlets. Wish I can remember everybody's names who I dealt with... 1) I didn't expect to complement them, but I just had to after dealing with them 2) I was so shocked, that I couldn't think straight.

A SPAR pamphlet was delivered to my house, but it was put inbetween the bars of the motorised gate. We have had a lot of crime in the area the past few weeks, which means we have to be extra vigilant. Now I couldn't open my gate, because the paper will get stuck and jam the gate. Had to put my car in park, switch it off, remove my handbag, car key, house keys as well as remote with panic button... so basically everything in my car. Our street is busy and a car could pull up to rob me. I phoned SPAR call centre to complain. Lady was very kind.

Next day a man from On the Dot (who distributes their pamphlets) rings my interkom. He came to investigate and apologise. All the way to my house. In person. Wow!

Really amazed that a company still goes out of it's way like this in this day and age.
