Water wine

I bought a box of 4th street at parow valley spar now. My friend that doesn't drink poured the wine in an glass container so that everyone can help themselves as we where having an party. When she brought the wine out we discovered it was a box of water. We immediately went back to spar and they don't what to reimburse me they also couldn't tell me who the supplier is or how to contact the supplier. I ask to speak to the store manager Susan (ouma) and all she said as there is nothing she can do come back on Monday and Karen the owner was at an personal event and didn't what to talk to her client ( to busy). Is this the level of service spar is giving there clients are you proud of yourself this is **************** i bought the product form you and you need to take responsibility.
