Waste of time experience

Spar Mamelodi East,Tsamaya road,by Mamelodi Hospital......... A total waste of time. I still don't get WHY they fail to manage the queue. Customers pile up on a queue that goes all the way to the robot sadly because the security personnel has commited himself to counting 10 people coming in and out of the store. WHY can't they do one person out,One in like other stores???
