waste of my money

I bought a cut, ready to cook and nicely packaged cabbage from Spar. the next morning I noticed a very bad smell every time I opened the fridge. I then discovered that the nicely packaged cabbage was actually rotten in the middle and outside it still looked fresh. <br> <br> its not right that veggies past their sell by date are sold to unsuspecting clients. I had to throw the whole pack away because it was smelling very bad that I couldn't even cook the fresh part.
