WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

Never using Spar2u in my life again. Make two different orders on the Spar2U app.My orders were processed and money was deducted out of my account one was R153.99 and the other was R284.19 . When the order was collected I received a call from one of the drivers saying he won’t be coming because they don’t deliver in my area.. Now the issue is he said nothing about my money and just dropped the call . I tried to call him back but he cut all my calls . Called into customer services and was transferred to the actual branch were the order was made which is Kasselsvlei and spoke to the manager there. The manager assured me that I will be receiving my refund before Friday and I had called on Sunday the 11th of February the day I made the order. I only received R105.02 out of R438,18. I’d really like to know how they got to that amount and GET MY MONEY BACK!!! Because this is really unacceptable and really frustrating because at the end out the day I was not treated as a customer at all ..This behaviour is very unprofessional Should UPDATE YOUR APP FOR IT TO SAY THEY NOT ABLE TO COME TO CERTAIN LOCATIONS.
