Walkerville Spar empty shelves

There are weekly/biweekly specials that are promoted through pamphlets. One hardly finds the products on special on the shelves. The shelves are always empty of these items and this is a recurring thing. You can check consecutive mornings and there will be nothing. It seems the shop management limits these products by not refilling the shelves. We never get to enjoy any Spar specials.
