Villieria Spar

Passed by the Spar in Villieria in Pretoria, Sunday morning 26 October 2020 around 11:00. Stopped to run in for a cold drink. When I got to the tills, there was a line of about 5 people in front of me and I realized that there was only 1 Cashier available... What made it worse was that she was obviously still very inexperienced and new to the job as she was frantically searching through a book of some sorts while trying to assist the customer in front of her. End of the month, around lunchtime and they only have 1 inexperienced cashier to service their customers? If this is a money saving technique, you are failing miserably, because you are frustrating your customers who will then rather go without or go elsewhere (which is what I did.)
