Victimised in store but no help offered. Perpetrator receives priority treatment

Monday I was physically harrassed by a male customer in Spar, St. George's Mall, Smith Street, Durban. I called security for help, no help given. Manager offered no help. Phoned their customer service, get asked if I got the perpetrator's name and number, and that I should report it to SAPS and give the store a chance to reply to me and not post on social media. On theory request I went to store yesterday. HR supposed to call me yesterday but still no call. As a woman being harrassed in their store and no one coming to my aid, left me all shaken up. Spar as a Woman's race but when a woman called for help in their store, they just stood by and watched.
