Very Very Very Bad Service!!!

Kwik Spar is unfortunately the closest shop to my house. I got no greeting. I got no smile. I got no eye contact. I got no goodbye. This is what I've come to expect at this Kwik Spar in Table View at Merlot. The staff is ALWAYS overly friendly towards Caucasians (as I've noticed on a few occasions) but towards Africans, it's as if they would rather not have me there. And these are my fellow African sisters who are behaving like this towards me (self-hate mentally that has no place in an established grocer like Spar. She should find a job somewhere else and not work in a place like Table View where we expect at the least a good level of service - Or maybe she just does not like me who the hell knows???) To say I'm disappointed would be the understatement of the century as I've noticed the manager on duty is usually very upbeat and very helpful. I suggest the staff get serious customer care training and are told to at least greet all customers, black or white and keep their self hating attitude at home where it belongs! Shame on the African lady who helped me... I didn't even bother to get her name because I don't have time to entertain people of this caliber. I will unfortunately not be coming here again as I've had it up to here with this attitude that seems to be prevalent in the Kwik Spar branch.
