Very very poor customer service received at spar corner this evining. Am ZANDILE

I was shopping as usual at SPAR IN NEWCASTLE CORNER this evining. I am so so disappointed and embarrassed in the way i was treated by a cashier ZANELE MDLETSHE. Just because of a transaction that was suspended and was supposed to be retrieved in another till, so they couldn't find the transaction in the till they have sent me to "MIND YOU" the items were already packed in the plastic bags. The cashier told me straight in my eyes that shez is not going to unpack my plastic bags because its not her fault that they cant find that transaction. And if i dnt unpack she is not going to help me, she than folds her arms. I asked for a supervisor because i was standing at the tills with no assistance. Luckily same supervisor came and she knows exactly what's happening, i explained to her. The supervisor unpacked the trolley and she asked the cashier to apologize and stop throwing words towards me. The cashier said NO i won't that.. All eyes were on me, other customers and staff looking at me like i am a mad person. On the till slip its written ZANELE MDLETSHE
