Very very disappointed Westville North Spar client

I have been to westville spar on Friday 28 June where I purchased several items. I of it was on special. I brought it to the cashier's attention that she overcharged me for that item. The cashier ( Nhle Mthili) took R5 out of her till, shoved it in my hand & said " next Customer " i went to the shelf brought the price tag & gave her my phone & told her this is incorrect. She takes out 50c & gives it to me..... for crying out loud......" You are damn totalkt robbing me ". I asked to speak to her manager. I was directed to a lady by the name of (Nonte Dlamini). She Carrie's on typing " not even I will be with you a second or sorry how can I help you nothing" head down. I start telling her what transpired & I even tell her that my change is still I correct. My word.... not a single apology not even looking at my face she starts to talk to the cashier. I asked to speak to her manager & she says " I am the manager you have to deal with me" All I have to tell westville North spar is that I can gladly take my business elsewhere considering I am a westville resident. Absolutley rude, terrible, pathetic service. Maybe management needs to relook at a professional understanding considerate manager cause I am in management myself & to me " CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE" cause these clients pay our salary.
