Very Unhappy Customer

I phoned Spar in Naboomspruit (Mookghopong) a week ago and spoke to Jacques and ordered Pork eye Rib - he promised me to order but the truck only delivers on Saturdays, there after I phoned him again to confirm that he placed my order. Today I Phoned him and asked if my order came on Saturday and he said yes I can come and fetch it. Upon my arrival it was totally not what I ordered - it was meat that he did not even order from Spar but had cut from his own butchery at the back. So unprofessional behavior.... informing me that he googled the meat I want. All I can say is that this was rude and unprofessional, and he did not even apologies. Why did he lie to me in the first place ?
