very rude staff

On my way from pick n pay I realized that I did not withdraw money so I went into the Spar. When I got I dropped my parcel with a gentleman at the door. When I was using the ATM it didn't allow me to make a transaction as there was no money. I went back to the gentleman to ask for assistance he explained that I could speak to one of the cashiers who would assist me in getting the money. I stood in a line and waited to be assisted. I explained to the cashier that I needed money she then proceeded to explain that I would need to purchase something in order for her to give me the money so I started to look around for something and with attitude she told me that I must make up my mind quick it's closing time.. I was dissapointed by the manner in which she spoke to me. I spoke to the manager who just brushed things off all he had to say was it's closing time the systems will shut down I'll talk to her and he walked off. I proceeded to the door to get my bags when the manager came to me and asked me if I have an attitude problem . I have never had someone who doesn't know me from a bar of soap speak to me like I'm his child...
