Very rude, dismissive and unhelpful manager

The manager at SPAR STOP 'N GO, VAN RIEBEECK IN KEMPTON PARK, FANIE. Very rude, dismissive and unhelpful. I needed to get the pipe for the vaccum cleaner... I greeted him, he totally ignored me, until I had to tap him on the shoulder .... I explained what I needed and he was very busy on his cellphone... All he could say was one of the cashiers can help and he just walked away.... No help at all and continued with this cellphone conversation. If he was busy with another customer I could understand or just refer me to someone who can help me. Totally disappointed
