Very poor service at SPAR Palm Court Weltevreden Park JHB

Bought balloons and a fruit platter for my daughter’s birthday party. Fruit platter was good. The service at the Palm Court Spar from the person blowing up helium balloons was terrible. He ignored my husband, and continued on his phone until my husband demanded his attention. The balloons had already been paid for at this point. They didn’t last 8 hours before deflating and falling to the ground.
