Very Poor service

Umbani Solar I ordered the Solar Geyser in August 06 paid the same day. promises, promises, promises to send the geyser but nothing. I get a waybill from Umbani Solar stating the Time Freight will deliver the geyser. gave me a waybill number: tried tracing the geyser but the waybill number does not exist. I contacted Time Freight they also advised that the tracking number is incorrect. So I advise all who are trying or want to purchase anything from UMBANI SOLAR to stay away.
