very poor condition of the store

Spar in West Park Pretoria is an extremely dirty and unfriendly store. The store is a chain store and yet cannot even be compared to other Spar outlets. I often visit the Spar in Groenkloof Pretoria which is the total opposite of the outletin west park. West park is not an upmarket area as Groenkoof, does this mean that because it is situated in a less upmarket area that it should be kept filthy. the store always has a lot of flies. the bakery section is extremely unappealing to but from. the entire store is just down right filthy and the staff is extremely unfriendly. I dont imagine that the West park spar even has a health inspection passed. This is unacceptable. Immediate changes need to be made to both the Spar's in the area. the less fortunate areas should not have to settle for that kind of service.
