Very disappointed and highly dissatisfied.

Am very disappointed and highly dissatisfied with the service I received from Spar Hunt Road, Glenwood/Berea Durban. Yesterday on the way, I stopped at this Spar to get myself something to eat as usual. It was about 19:15 somewhere there, I bought a pre packed meal(lamb stew with rice) to my surprise it was stale and I must say, it was for the very first time I received something off from this Spar. This morning before work I stopped by again for a sandwich as per usual then decided to let them about my yesterday's experience. The floor supervisor told me, unfortunately there's no evidence to support my statement, at least I should have called last night. Now how was I supposed to know thier policy that it says we as customers must call immediately, 2nd I believe they close at 20:00 and I only saw the problem after bath which was way after 20:00. Honestly I didn't not expect that from that Spar, it was way below their standards just that I didn't want to argue and cause unnecessary scene. It is my Spar and I love it bit this time you failed me, my R55 down the drain.
