Very bad service.

I am a regular customer of the Spar Palm Grove branch in Durbanville. I placed an order, and because the staff member was not focused on me, and ***********, I had to wait unnecessarily as I was pressed for time as well. I asked the Store Manager who was on duty, Marius, if I could be compansated for the unnecessary wait, and he looked down on me and refused. I am highly disappointed as he is supposed to lead by example.
