VERY BAD SERVICE

Sadly today was the second time I really received very bad service. Previously staff was fighting in front of the customers. Today Spar Milnerton were very very busy just after 12.The lines at the tills were very long, but that was not the problem. They serve a delicious Sunday lunch. I was informed that there were no more meat, they were going to slice gammon. I told the lady it is no problem I am going to do other shopping and come back. Ten minutes later I come back, no meat. I stood in front of the counter patiently waiting for assistance. I tried to catch someone's attention, finally did. After asking three people I still stood there without an answer as to how long it will take. I was patient, but the ignorance, disorganized staff made me walk out. As I walked out I told the manager that stood by the front door that the service was bad he just pulled up his shoulders and continued laying on the counter. Wow, if that was my shop in such a hectic busy state I will jump in and help.
